The company is registered in Qatar, and these terms are governed by Qatar law unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

Users must be at least 18, or use the service with parent or legal guardian involvement and consent where permitted. The service is not directed to children under 13.

We aim to provide clear information about features, prices, limitations, refunds, subscriptions, cancellation options, and service quality. Features and availability may vary by country, platform, subscription tier, device, and billing provider.

You agree not to misuse the platform, introduce malware, share credentials, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or misleading purposes.

DoIT Fitness is not a medical organisation and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or clinical nutrition services. Workouts, meal plans, coaching messages, progress data, and AI-assisted recommendations are informational and educational only.

Consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting a new fitness, diet, weight-loss, or wellness programme, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, medication concern, eating disorder history, or other health risk.

You participate in exercise and nutrition changes at your own risk. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, fainting, severe pain, or other concerning symptoms. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Prices may be shown in Qatari Riyals, US Dollars, or the local currency presented by the relevant app store or payment provider. Taxes, exchange rates, and fees may vary by country and billing provider.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period through the relevant billing provider. On iOS, purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing management are handled through Apple App Store billing and your Apple account. On other platforms, available payment methods may vary by country.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active third-party subscription. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or personal data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoIT Fitness and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, commercial availability, or product improvement. These terms are governed by the laws and courts of Qatar unless mandatory laws in your country provide non-waivable rights.
