Age Suitability & Parents Guide

DoIT Fitness requires users to be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to the Terms of Service before using the application.

Parents and guardians should consider physical safety, data privacy, respectful community behaviour, and payment boundaries for premium plans or in-app purchases.

We encourage open communication. Review progress together, discuss goals, use device parental controls where appropriate, and contact support immediately about safety or privacy concerns.

Parents or guardians may request deletion of a teen account and associated personal data by contacting support. Requests are processed according to applicable privacy laws.
