DoIT Fitness is committed to protecting personal data in line with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and other privacy requirements that may apply in the countries where the service is available, including the United States and GCC countries. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share data across the website, mobile app, and related services.

By using DoIT Fitness, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If this policy is available in multiple languages and a conflict appears, the English version applies to the extent permitted by law.

We collect only data needed to provide and improve the service.

We process personal data to create and manage accounts, prepare personalised fitness and nutrition plans, track progress, provide support, process payments, manage subscriptions, send service notifications, improve the service, secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

For personal data of a special nature, we request explicit consent where required. You may withdraw consent through app settings or by contacting support.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may request identity verification before acting on a request.

California residents may request information about categories of personal information collected, used, disclosed, or shared, request deletion or correction, and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. DoIT Fitness does not sell personal information for money. If advertising or analytics tools are used in a way that qualifies as sharing under applicable California law, you may contact us to exercise your opt-out rights.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other regions with similar privacy laws may also have rights to data portability, restriction, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority where applicable.

You can request account deletion from inside the mobile app where available, or by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. Account deletion removes or de-identifies personal data associated with your account unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or regulatory reasons.

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account or server-side data. Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion and must be managed through the relevant billing provider, such as Apple App Store billing on iOS.

Where feasible, data is stored securely. International transfers use contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards. We use encryption, access controls, multi-factor authentication, security reviews, and staff data protection practices.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for service delivery, legal requirements, security, and legitimate operational needs. Retention periods may vary by data type, country, billing provider, and legal obligation.

We may share data with payment processors, app stores, cloud providers, analytics tools, communication providers, customer support tools, fraud-prevention providers, and professional advisors under appropriate agreements or legal obligations. Marketing is sent only where consent applies. The service is not directed to children under 13. For users aged 13 to 17, parent or guardian consent may be required where applicable.

DoIT Fitness uses profile, fitness, nutrition, and progress data to provide personalised workout, nutrition, coaching, and AI-assisted recommendations. These recommendations are informational and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
