DOIT Website services provides digital fitness coaching services and aims to balance customer satisfaction with Qatar consumer protection requirements.

Services include digital workout plans, dietary guidance, and AI-assisted coaching. Once access is granted and the service has commenced, refunds are generally not provided except in the circumstances below.

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for significant unresolved technical failure, accidental duplicate payment, or defective digital service requirements under Qatari law. You may cancel a subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period, unless product terms say otherwise.
